Are mineral drops more effective than Himalayan salt in improving RO water flavor?

I love the way my Reverse Osmosis system has improved the quality of my home water. I've been getting clearer Ice and fresh-smelling water. My only gripe is that the water's flavor profile is quite bad and it makes the experience lackluster. I'm considering trying Himalayan pink salt for flavor but it's not easily accessible where I live.
