Is a reverse osmosis filter with a storage tank too large to fit under a sink?

Asked a year ago

My wife gave me the idea to fix up our water filtration system. I'm looking forward to trying a reverse osmosis filter. I want a filter system with a storage tank because of the low costs. However, I'm concerned that it may be too large for under-sink storage. Should I be worried?

Most reverse osmosis systems are designed to fit under a standard kitchen sink. However, if you're worried about space, under the sink is not the only option. Depending on how large the system is you're looking at, you can also install it in your basement or garage.
