What's the difference between structured water and distilled water?
Asked 2 years ago
It seems like there are so many different kinds of water these days, and everyone swears theirs is the best. It all gets very confusing. I've been drinking distilled water for years, but I've been curious about structured water. Could someone help me out and explain the difference between structured water and distilled water?

Distilled water and structured water are different because distilled water does not have the necessary and healthy minerals that structured water has. This distillation process removes most of the vital minerals in water. However, structured water shares similarities with water that has not been polluted or contaminated by human processes.
