Will vortexing water remove all nutrients from my child's water?

Should I be worried that vortexing water will remove all of the essential nutrients from kid's water? I bought a vortex fountain, not only to satiate my son's need to make a tornado vortex but also because I thought it was aesthetically pleasing. But now, I find myself worrying that maybe this was not a good idea in terms of nutritional value. Am I worrying for nothing?
