What essential minerals are in healthy water?
I always thought that we needed to drink water to stay healthy and maintain the rule of 8 to make sure you’re hydrated throughout the day. With the increase in medical issues nowadays, I started being very conscious about what I ingest and my health in general. I heard a podcast mention that there is water that is healthier and that it contains minerals, and I’m just curious to know.Asked 10 months ago

What is healthy water supposed to smell like?
We sometimes go up to our mountain cabin in the summer, and I’ve noticed that the water smells different than the water at home. If it has an unfamiliar smell, could it be the natural state of the water, or is it possible that it is contaminated and not safe to drink? Is there a specific smell for healthy water?Asked 10 months ago

Can you change the taste of water?
I moved into a new home last week, and I'm incredibly frustrated—the water tastes really weird. I'm not sure if it's just an adjustment issue or if it's an actual issue with the water, but I'm so used to the water at my parents' house. I barely drink new water in my new house because I can't get used to the taste. Is it possible to change the taste of my water? Please help.Asked 10 months ago

Can you improve the purity of water by cooling it?
My dad likes to drink ice cold water straight from the fridge, he says it tastes better. This made me question if the water quality is improved when cooled in the fridge. I know other methods like boiling water are quite efficient as a method of purifying water, is it the same with cooling water before drinking it?Asked 9 months ago

Does heating water improve its quality?
My boyfriend refuses to drink tap water without boiling it first and waiting for it to cool before he drinks it. He would NEVER drink water straight from the tap, he says it improves the quality. I'm not sure about this heating method.Asked 9 months ago

Can you judge the quality of water by its smell?
Maybe I’m just picky, but the water at my mom's house seems to smell different than the water at my place. I’m most certain that water isn’t supposed to have an odor or have a weird taste, because that then must mean that there’s something wrong. I’m a bit concerned about the quality of the water my mom may be consuming. Is this a sign of impurity?Asked 9 months ago
