Like the more than 85% of people in taste tests who prefer MAYU Swirl water
over filtered tap water, we are big fans of the way it improves taste. But for
many people who haven’t tried it, it can be hard to imagine how the simple act
of aeration can give water taste a silky sweet texture.

So last week at a Jersey City farmers’ market, we set up a lemonade stand and
invited people to grab a free drink—but with a twist. For 5¢, we offered an
upgrade made with Mayu water. There were a few skeptics but with so little to
lose, most people took the plunge, were pleasantly surprised by the superior
taste and were all ears about the benefits of bringing water back to life.
