Experience
She earned her dietetic degree from the University of Pretoria in 2001 and worked as a hospital dietitian in the UK from 2003 to 2006. After returning to South Africa, she joined a private practice in Cape Town before relocating to Pretoria in 2008, where she spent seven years working as a Medical Representative. Since 2018, Renae has combined her clinical skills with a passion for writing, working part-time as a dietitian and health writer. Her areas of interest include sports nutrition, evidence-based nutrition therapy, and sustainable weight loss.
