Shipping Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please message us at contact@mayuwater.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Orders delivered more than 72 hours from when you notify us won’t qualify for replacement.

We currently ship within the United States only.

2-Year Warranty
Warranty Period - 2 years
Your MAYU Swirl carries a 2-year warranty for manufacturer defects.
This warranty is valid only for:
- The original consumer. Warranties do not transfer if you purchase your MAYU Swirl in secondary markets.
- When the product is purchased through authorized online channels or retailers.
- With the sales receipt or proof of purchase to make your warranty claim.
This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from:
- Failures caused by misuse, accidents, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
- Operating with the wrong type of current or voltage.
- Failure to follow cleaning instructions.
- Failure to comply with any instructions or warnings listed in the product manual.
- The product is made of fragile materials such as glass and porcelain; the warranty does not cover breakage of these parts.
Legacy International Purchases:
While the MAYU Swirl is covered by the 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for manufacturer defects, the shipping cost for the replacement part(s) and any import fees/taxes or duties are not included.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee and Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your Mayu Swirl, please inform us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If the MAYU Swirl does not work properly, you are covered by the 2-year warranty.
If you decide you don’t want a replacement, you will receive a full refund once the order has returned to us.
Please Note: We can only provide return labels for orders purchased from mayuwater.com.
Please Note: Since the Trace Mineral Drops and Electrolyte Drops are consumable products, they are not returnable.

Subscription
Cancellation Requests: To cancel your subscription, please submit a cancellation request through our customer support email: contact@mayuwater.com. We do not accept cancellation requests through social media channels.
Refunds and Prorated Charges: We do not provide refunds or prorated reimbursements for any unused portion of the subscription.
Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your subscription. Please retain this for your records.
