As a member of the Water Sommelier Union, Ru-yun conducts workshops aimed at teaching water-tasting skills and knowledge to individuals from diverse cultures. Her expertise extends to designing water menus and providing recommendations for water pairings suitable for various occasions, including food pairing, events, restaurants, and personalized preferences.
