What is the quickest way to replenish electrolytes in the body?

My husband works in the outdoors close to 9 hours everyday and its really hot this time of year. I'm worried that the heat is taking its toll leading to dehydration and a loss of critical mineral electrolytes. I'm trying to find what the fastest way could be for him to recover electrolytes in his busy schedule.
