Can I meet my body's mineral requirements by adding mineral drops to RO water?

My doctor suggested that I might not be getting all of the nutrients my body requires and he's advised me to drink more water. My issue is that I have a reverse osmosis system at home, and I believe it is removing all of the nutrients. Should I supplement my water with mineral drops?
