Does fruit contain structured water?
Asked 2 years ago
I recently read a blog that mentions that fruit can hydrate the body twice as much as water. Does that mean that fruit contains structured water?

Studies have shown that fruits and vegetables can hydrate the body twice as effectively as a glass of water. It is believed that organic fruit and vegetables contain structured water. By eating these water-rich fruits and vegetables, the water stays trapped in the structure of the food so it can be absorbed more slowly. This means that the structured water stays in our bodies for longer.
