Are electrolyte drops better at adding electrolytes to water than table salt?
Asked 2 years ago
My husband and I regularly use table salt as a source of electrolytes in our water. I find the taste usually changes drastically and I can't bear it any longer. I also fear that our long term use of table salt will cause a mineral imbalance. A friend is advising me to use electrolyte drops instead and I'm wondering if they are a better long term alternative to table salt.

Electrolyte or mineral drops offer a more balanced solution to remineralizing your water. Only adding one mineral (like salt) could cause imbalances in the body over a prolonged period of time. Mineral drops remineralize your water with all the essential minerals you need and improve the overall taste.
