Do I need to remineralize reverse osmosis water to better hydrate my body?
Asked 2 years ago
I just installed a reverse osmosis filter in my kitchen. I prefer to hydrate with water during the summer, but I often feel thirsty even after drinking filtered water. My stepdad mentioned the lack of essential nutrients in the water. Will I feel better if I remineralize it myself?

The reverse osmosis process provides flat-tasting water without minerals like calcium, iron and zinc. You could consider adding a mineralization fitting to your filtration system, resulting in water with a better taste, which encourages you to drink more of it. It also helps to reduce mineral deficiencies in the body.
