Can aerating my brewing water improve the clarity of my craft beer?
Asked 2 years ago
I've been brewing home-made beer for a year and am gradually mastering my craft. My first two kegs consistently produced a hazy beer. Something is wrong with my brew water, affecting the final result. My friend suggested I try the Mayu swirl to improve the freshness of my water, but I'd like to know if it will also help clarify my beer?
