For low-intensity activities, is Gatorade better to drink than water?

I work from home, and being seated in front of the computer all day is not good. So I go on walks and do some yoga in the yard just to be physically active at least 3 times a week. I have been wondering if Gatorade is good for hydration, especially in hot weather during my sessions, or should I just stick to water?

If you aren't exercising intensely for 45 minutes to an hour five days a week, water is a better choice for staying hydrated. Water naturally contains electrolytes, so for someone like you who does light exercise three times a week, water is enough to hydrate you. That way you are not consuming extra sugar and sodium.
