Is it quicker to aerate wine using my Mayu vortex pitcher than a decanter?

I have scheduled a dinner date with my wife at home, and I have a selection of new vines I want to try out. I am afraid the red wines will be harsh and have a dry aftertaste if we drink straight from the bottle. Can we use our mayu swirl to quickly aerate and elevate the wine taste before serving?

Your idea to use the Mayu Swirl to aerate the red wine is a good one. Just be careful not to overdo the aeration.   The best effect on a new, young red wine will result from aerating it for one to two hours. An older wine needs less time.
