Should you add trace elements to drinking water?
Asked 3 years ago
I was thinking of remineralizing the water in my apartment. I’m not too familiar with the process of adding minerals to my water, but I have also heard of trace elements. I don't know if I should be adding it to my water too. Any advice?

The process of filtering water, especially reverse osmosis, removes all the essential minerals and vitamins from your water. Tap water still contains natural amounts of minerals, but filtered water does not. You can remineralize your water by adding mineral drops. You can add the drops to larger containers of water or to every glass you drink.
