I keep hearing people mention "homeopathy" and "holistic medicine" like they’re the same thing, but are they? I’m specifically interested in natural and alternative therapies, so I want to get a clear idea of what sets them apart before diving in. Can anyone help?

Homeopathy and holistic medicine aren’t the same thing, but homeopathy is actually a type of holistic medicine. Holistic medicine is a broad approach that looks at the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and emotions—when treating health issues. Homeopath is one specific method within holistic medicine, with its own unique principles and way of working.
