Is a rapid heartbeat and hyperventilation a sign of dehydration?
Is a rapid heartbeat and hyperventilation a sign of dehydration?
Asked 8 months ago
I live in a hot and humid environment, and I enjoy cycling as a hobby. I thought this would be the best way for me to keep active and fit, but I’m worried about heat-related problems. I’m looking for the best way to avoid heatstroke, dehydration, and other heat-related illnesses when I’m out riding. I noticed something from my last session. I was hyperventilating and my heart was beating faster than normal.
