Does heating structured water affect its quality?
Asked 2 years ago
Hi everyone. I've always preferred to boil my water before storing it in the fridge to get rid of anything that might be lurking in there. I'm a huge fan of structured water, and I don't know how heating it would affect it. Does heating structured water change its quality?

According to scientist Dr. Gerald Pollack, cooking with structured water or boiling it for tea, coffee, or any other reason does not affect the bonds of the H3O2 molecular structure. However, heating your structured water in the microwave will cause the structure to break because microwaves make use of unnatural waves and vibrations.
