Does heating structured water change its taste?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi all. I've been drinking structured water for a while now, and I wanted to know if heating it would affect its taste. Can anyone help?

According to scientist Dr. Gerald Pollack, structured water can be used for cooking or boiled for tea and coffee (and other reasons) without changing the structure of the H3O2 molecules. That means it would not affect the taste. However, if you heat it in the microwave, it becomes de-structured and may end up tasting different.
