Hi all. Apparently, adding certain crystals to structured water can make it even more beneficial. Is this true? Should I be adding crystals to my water? Thanks!

Some people believe that crystal water and structured water are the same thing and that you can create structured water by adding crystals to it, thanks to their vibrational energy.
