Will a storage tank RO water filter take up too much space indoors?
Asked 2 years ago
I have been looking forward to getting a reverse osmosis water system. I'd like to get one with a storage tank for extra filtered water. My concern is that I live in a small apartment and am concerned that the storage tank will take up too much room. Is this the best option for me?

The space required for an RO storage tank will depend on the model you are purchasing. A 3 or 4-stage system will be roughly 14 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 14 to 17 inches tall. The storage tank is approximately 16 inches tall and 11 inches in diameter. Most RO systems fit under a standard kitchen sink.
