Does arnica help with headaches?
Asked 13 days ago
I get tension headaches pretty often, usually from work stress. One of my friends is into homeopathy and told me arnica is good for pain and that it might help. Can it help with my headaches? Im not looking for something super strong—just something to take the edge off and maybe relax the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders.
I’d prefer to try something natural before turning to stronger meds. Has anyone used arnica for headaches?

I've actually tried arnica for headaches before and it helped a bit, especially for tension headaches when I feel like my neck and shoulders are super tight.
I usually use the gel and rub it on my temples and the back of my neck. It gives a nice cooling sensation that can be pretty soothing. For migraines, I found it didn't work as well on its own, but it did seem to take the edge off when I used it along with my regular migraine meds.
Just keep in mind, everyone's different. Some of my friends swear by it, while others say it doesn't do much for them. If you decide to try it, maybe start with the gel or cream first. And definitely check with your doctor if you're thinking about taking arnica tablets.
