Is it better to drink alkaline or acidic water?
Asked 3 years ago
I took physics in high school where we learned about pH levels. I always thought that water had a pH level of 7, but I recently read an article that you can get alkaline water and acidic water too! Which one of the two is better for you to drink?

Alkaline water has a pH of 8 or 9 and is a lot more healthy to drink than acidic water. It's not recommended to drink acidic water because it carries a higher risk of metal poisoning and toxicity. Alkaline water is considered more beneficial because it's able to neutralize acid in the body and create a more alkaline environment.
