What are the benefits of osmosis filtration?
Asked 2 years ago
My roommates and I are looking at the different kinds of water filtration for our apartment. With all the chemicals put in the water, like fluoride and chlorine, the water ends up having a weird taste. We’re considering an osmosis filtration system.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems remove pollutants like pharmaceuticals and pesticides; chemical contaminants like chloride, chromium, copper, sodium, and lead; and may reduce calcium, magnesium, potassium, fluoride, arsenic, radium, sulfate, nitrate, and phosphorous. With a carbon filter, your RO filtration system can also remove chlorine which will improve the taste and odor of your water.
