Is the Mayu water pitcher ideal for aerating alkaline water for homemade beer brewing?
Asked a year ago
I recently began brewing beer with my local spring water. I discovered that the water was alkaline, which was terrible for the taste and stability of my final beer. I've been looking for ways to improve my water quality, but I'm not interested in distillation. Could I use the Mayu swirl to aerate and improve the alkalinity of my water?
