What salt can I use to re-mineralize water?
I want to re-mineralize the drinking water in my home since it’s filtered through the reverse osmosis method. I asked around on social media and I got multiple ways of re-mineralizing water. The use of natural salt was the most shocking, but apparently more cost-effective. I’m just not sure if using Himalayan salt or regular table salt is best.Asked a year ago

Is it safe for small children to drink structured water?
Hi, my hubby and I invested in a vortexer that we absolutely love. The water tastes so much better than tap water, and it looks great! My daughter is almost one years old and I want to start offering her some water in a bottle, but I'm not sure whether it would be safe for her to drink structured water, or if I should use boiled tap water instead.Asked a year ago

Does structured water increase how much my child drinks?
I bought some structured water the other day, and my LO has been drinking so much! I don't know if she just really likes it, is more thirsty, or if it's providing the nutrients that her body needs. Has anyone here experienced their child asking for or drinking more water when it's structured and not tap water? Asked a year ago

Does structured water provide young children with more energy?
I tried replacing our daily regular tap water with structured water this summer, and I swear my two boys got more energy! Come 6 pm, they're still running around like it's 3 'o clock in the afternoon. And sure, they're typically hooligans, but still being energized this late has me stumped. Could it be the water quality? Has it got more nutrients in it or something? Asked a year ago

Will vortexing water remove all nutrients from my child's water?
Should I be worried that vortexing water will remove all of the essential nutrients from kid's water? I bought a vortex fountain, not only to satiate my son's need to make a tornado vortex but also because I thought it was aesthetically pleasing. But now, I find myself worrying that maybe this was not a good idea in terms of nutritional value. Am I worrying for nothing?Asked a year ago

Does magnetizing water remove contaminants and essential nutrients for kids?
So apparently, magnetizing water is better than tap water? How does this work? Are there any benefits to giving my young ones (6 and 4) magnetized water? They already drink a lot of tap water, although I don't really feel comfortable with it because of the chemicals they use to remove contaminants, and sometimes we still get warnings from the city council when the water isn't safe to drink.Asked a year ago

Do I need to remineralize structured water before I serve it to my kids?
I was told that structured water would keep my two kids hydrated for longer and that it will serve them well during their sports matches. However, I'm not so sure about this structured water stuff. Does it still have minerals, or would I need to add something more to it? Asked a year ago

Does magnetizing water give it a fresher smell and taste for kids?
Whenever I give my son a glass of water, he pulls up his nose and says 'yuck.' Apparently, he doesn't like the smell of it. He says it's stinky. I've tried adding flavor to the water and steeping lemons or oranges in it, but he still doesn't like it. He drinks a lot of tea with milk, but I know this isn't enough for hydration. I try to stay away from bottled juice because of its sugar content. I then read about the benefits of magnetizing water and wanted to know if it would improve the smell and taste of it for my boy.Asked a year ago

Will structured water boost my child's immune system?
I'm wondering whether structured water holds more nutrients and whether it may boost my daughter's immune system. She's almost 2 years old and no longer drinks milk from me but readily drinks water. I'm looking for ways to boost her immune system because ever since she's been going to playgroup, she's constantly getting sick. I understand that it's because she's exposed to new germs, but is there a way I can use water to boost her immune system?Asked a year ago
