Should I use my Mayu swirl to aerate my brewing water for a complete fermentation process?
Asked 2 years ago
I recently started making craft beer as a hobby. I lived near a lake and used the local water for my first batch. However, my first keg had no body, and it tasted horrible, and lousy water led to an improper fermentation. I am looking for a way to improve my brewing water quality. Can I use my Mayu swirl to improve my brew water?

Tap water, as opposed to local lake water, has the advantage of having few bacteria, and includes naturally occurring minerals. If you first filter it, then use the Mayu Swirl to structure this water, by adding a stronger molecular structure, it tastes better and smoother, and has more oxygen for improving your beer's fermentation.
