Can I aerate filtered water in my Mayu carafe for home brewing?
Asked 2 years ago
I'm a beer enthusiast, and I've fallen in love with making craft beer. I live in the city, and my water quality could be better. I recently bought the Mayu water swirl to improve the quality of my tap water. Can I use the swirl to aerate my brew water?

Using the Mayu Swirl offers a definite improvement in water taste and quality, by aerating it to release chlorine and get rid of dissolvable gases, and metals like iron. This will improve the taste of your brew water, leaving it clean and neutral. Even better, first filter the water with a charcoal filter.
