Is it better to use a carbon filter instead of mineral drops to improve RO water taste?

Asked a year ago

My wife bought us a reverse osmosis water filter, and having clean water has been wonderful. However, I can't stand the strange taste of the water and am looking for ways to improve it. My friend suggested using a carbon filter, but it appears to be costly and complicated. Is it better for me to use mineral drops?

When using a reverse osmosis system to filter your water, it is always recommended to use mineral drops. Reverse osmosis removes the essential minerals from water, so using mineral drops not only improves the taste but also improves water quality, and they're affordable.
