Can I increase my physical performance if I regularly take electrolytes?
Asked 2 years ago
I recently recovered from a hamstring strain sustained while playing football, and I'm gradually resuming my normal workout routine. To perform at my best, I need to stay hydrated for longer periods of time. My physical therapist suggested that I increase my electrolyte intake, and I'm wondering if drinking electrolyte-infused water can improve my recovery and on-field performance.
