Does too much electrolyte water give you headaches?
Asked 2 years ago
My father wants us to start hydrating more at home, so he bought us a filtration system. I've noticed that my water consumption has increased recently, particularly when I drink electrolyte water. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing headaches, which I believe are related to our water. Should I be concerned?
